Step 1: Click “Inquiries” in the menu bar.

Then you will see an inquiry list. The most recent inquiry will display on the top of the list. You can click on the subject link to check the details of the inquiry.

Also you can search the inquiries according the date, and reply all the inquiries. On the other hand, you also can add this contact to your address book.
