Entering materials is the first step toward conducting your online marketing in member center.
Step 1: Click “Create New Product” folder under “Product” in the menu bar.

Step 2: Input product information in the product profile page.

Step 3: Click the “Save” button.

You can also create a new product with the similar properties quickly by using the “Copy” function.
Step 1: Click “Created” folder under “Product” in the menu bar. Select the product to be copied, and then click “Copy”.

Step 2: Click the “OK” button in the prompt webpage.

Step 3: The system will automatically append the model number with “-1”. Click the product image, new model number, or “Edit” to the change the information and image to suit your new product’s specifications.

Step 1: Click “Created” folder under “Products” in the menu bar. Select the product to be posted online, and then click “Submit” button.

Step 2: Click “Confirm” on the confirmation page.

Method 1
Step 1: Click “Check” in “Submitted” folder under “Product” in the menu bar.

Step 2: Click the Product Image, Model Number, Description, or “View” to view the product’s material. In this status, the product’s material only can be read, can not be edited.

Method 2
Step 1: Click “Reject” in “Submitted” folder under “Product” in the menu bar.

Step 2: Click the Product Image, Model Number, , or “Edit” to edit the product’s material.
Click “View” to view the product’s material.
Attention: Only in this folder, you can edit the product’s material when the product is return by the system.

Step 1: Click “Check” in “Submitted” folder under “Product” in the menu bar. Select the product to be canceled submits, and then click “Undo Submit”.

Step 2: Click “Confirm” button in the confirmation page.

You can unpost or replace the online products at any time.
Step 1: Click “Online” folder under “Products” in the menu bar. Select the product to be unposted, then click “Unpost”.

Step 2: Click “Confirm” button in the confirmation page.

If you wish to replace online products, it is very similar to the above steps. Just click “Created” under “Product” in the menu bar, select the product to be replaced, and then click “Repost” button.

Step 1: Click “Certificates” folder under “Product” in the menu bar. Then click “Create New Certifications” button.

Step 2: Input the certificate information, and then click “Save” button.

Method 1
Step 1: Click “Certificates” folder under “Product” in the menu bar. Select the certificate to link with products. Then click “Link Products”.

Step 2: Select the product(s) to link with the certificate, then click “Link Products” button.

Step 3: Click “Done” button in the confirmation page.

Method 2
Step 1: Click “Created” folder or “Check” in “Submitted” folder under “Product” in the menu bar. Then click “Manage Certifications” button


Step 2: Click “Create New Certifications” button following the product.

The following steps are the same as Method 1.
Step 1: Click “Created” folder or “Online” folder under “Product” in the menu bar. Select the product to be emailed, and then click “Email This” button.


Step 2: Input the email information, then click “Send” button.

Tips: You can select addresses from your address book by clicking “Add from Address Book”.
