Q1: Why do I get the error "This E-mail Address is already registered" or "This Login Name is already registered " when I enter my e-mail address or login name?

A.
This means someone has already registered for Makepolo.com Online with that particular e-mail address or login name.

What you can do:

·Use a different e-mail address or login name.

·You may have registered previously using this e-mail address and/or login name. You can click http://www.makepolo.com/en/mps/my/screen/login,login.html?showForgetFlag=Y . and fill in your registration email adress. we will send you a secured link to change your password.

·If you are not sure whether you are registered, please contact us and allow our Customer Services to help you. If you require immediate help, you can dial our hotline 010-82855558.

Q2:Why can't I complete my registration?

A.
If the registration is not successful, please check if there are any error messages in red on the form.

Follow the instructions in the error messages and try again.

If the registration is still unsuccessful, please feel free to contact us with details of the problems you have encountered.

Q3:How do I retrieve my password?

If you forget your password, you may choose a new password for yourself. To confirm a new password, simply take the following steps:

·Go to your registered email address and click the link that appears in the body of the message, and act accordingly to create your new password.

Q4:How do I change registration information or my password?

To change your password, please take the following steps:

After loginning, enter Memeber Center. Click “user profile” in the setting section , then you can modify your registration information and save them. If you want to change your password, click "Change Password" ; then you can enter and re-enter your new password in the page accordingly

Q5:How do I change my Login Name?

A.
For security reasons, each Makepolo.com account is exclusive to an individual Login Name. Therefore, you cannot change it.

However, you can register for a new Member ID at http://www.makepolo.com. Please verify your old Member ID and password with our Customer Service team so that your old account can be cancelled. Please note that an email address can only be registered once at Makepolo.com.

Q6:What are the guidelines for choosing a password?

Your password for Makepolo is case-sensitive. We suggest the following general guidelines for creating passwords:

Use at least six characters.

Make a password easy for you to remember but hard for someone else to guess.
